Helen, Just to say a HUGE thanks again for taking such great care of Ben and Leo last week. The boys had an absolute blast and we had a fab time skiing because of that. Ben especially adored you! Helen looked after our two year old daughter this summer. We began communicating several weeks before our holiday and Helen was prompt to reply and extremely accommodating with our needs. When I met Helen she was so friendly, professional and kind. She has a lovely demeanor which is calm and caring. Flora was keen to get off with Helen straight away which was great for me. The thing I loved about Helen was nothing was too much trouble. She was well prepared with activities to entertain Flora. Helen did so many things with her, swimming, the Morzine train, parks, indoor play places and walks. She was so flexible with meeting points so I made the most of the time. Flora was very happy in Helen’s expert care and I will definitely be using her again. I would highly recommend her services for childcare in the Morzine area.

Helen was, quite simply, lovely! That of course is in addition to being very professional and very competent at her job.  She very quickly established a rapport with Jacob, who has Down’s Syndrome, is non-verbal and whose learning difficulties are severe.  She had no problem whatsoever in learning what motivates Jacob and how to keep him happy and entertained.  He loved being with Helen and was delighted when she arrived in the morning.  And the fact that Helen is a qualified paediatric nurse is a huge bonus from a parents’ perspective as I am sure you will appreciate.  We were particularly delighted that Helen enjoyed looking after Jacob even though he is now nearly 17 and probably doesn’t fall under the definition of ‘child’!
I would recommend Helen unreservedly and am very pleased to have met her.

We had the pleasure of having Helen look after our son Arthur for the second season running, Arthur (then 19months) was delighted to see Helen every morning. As ever we could leave the chalet knowing our son was in the best of care and a very happy camper. One of the first things we did before leaving Morzine was to book Helen for next season. We look forward to her looking after Arthur and our new arrival and for us to be able to hit the slopes in the knowledge our children are in the best of care.

Helen cared for our daughter, Naomi age 8, during our holiday in August 2012. Naomi has a profound disability and complex physical need. We were very pleased with the level of care and different activities that Helen provided for our daughter, and have no hesitation in recommending Helen to other parents looking for childcare.We fully intend on returning to the area again in 2013 and will be asking Helen to provide childcare for Naomi again.

It was my pleasure to have Helen look after my daughters (age3 and 6) for two days during our holiday. Helen arrived promptly and was very friendly and easy to get along with. She kept the girls busy with lots of activities including going for walks, making masks and decorating biscuits. The girls were really sad to see her go as they’d had so much fun. I would be delighted to have Helen look after my daughters again in the future.

Helen immediately gave us complete confidence that Billy would be in good hands. She struck up an instant rapport with him and by the end of the first day he loved her to bits. We were impressed by how well prepared she was. Adapting the day to Billy’s preferences she kept him active out and about all day and also encouraged his artistic streak, producing a prodigious amount of artwork, although I think he persuaded her to help him quite a bit! Billy thoroughly enjoyed his time with Helen and as a result we were able to thoroughly enjoy guilt-free mountain biking!

Helen was a delight to deal with, very easy going and fun for our daughter to be with and she also helped us with babysitting all four of our children in the evening and managed them very well and they all loved her.

We are just back from an amazing holiday in Morzine, it was our first skiing holiday with our son Arthur (8 months old). Every morning Helen arrived on time and with a smile, Arthur was so delighted to see her and happy and content to be in her arms. We came home every evening to a
smiling happy baby who remained in his routine. On day 5 of our holiday Arthur ran a temperature, Helen rang us told us how Arthur was and asked if she could give him calpol. She was extremely calm and did not want to alarm us in anyway but equally wanted to ensure we knew how he was and ask about giving him calpol before hand.  As Arthurs mum I was happy knowing Arthur was with Helen, she is capable and competent at her job and a lovely person too. I am happy recommend Helen and we look forward to returning to Morzine again and asking Helen to look after Arthur again.

Helen looked after our daughter Erin (aged 14 months) for a week in February 2013 and I can honestly say she was amazing. I have to admit, both my husband and I were a little anxious about leaving her, although this was probably because we felt guilty that we were going off skiing and leaving Erin with someone she didn’t know every morning! However there was no need to worry as Helen was fantastic and Erin took to her straight away. Helen is very friendly and easy to get along with, extremely professional, always on time and clearly has a natural affinity with children, I would not hesitate in recommending her.
